Local Joint Consultative Committee
Purpose of committee
The Local Joint Consultative Committee enables regular consultation and discussion to take place between the local authority and its employees. Councillors, as well as officers and representatives of trade unions are members of the Committee. It makes recommendations to the General Purposes and Licensing Committee and the Executive.
