The Care Services Portfolio Holder is a Member of the Executive and is concerned with the Council’s care services, including fostering, adoption, children and family social care, older people, adults with leaning disabilities, physical disability, sensory impairments, mental health, carers, operational housing, jointly commissioned services with health and those services provided via partnerships.
