Reasons for the decision:

At its meeting on 6th December 2017, the Executive agreed a revised Capital Programme from 2017/18 to 2020/21. Report FSD 18007 outlines changes in respect of the Environment Portfolio and a revised programme.

 

Report FSD18007 also includes comments on progress for individual schemes/projects and actual spend against budget at second quarter stage.
