89a	DISPOSAL OF THE OLD TOWN HALL AND SOUTH STREET CAR PARK, BROMLEY (Report to follow) Bromley Town ward The Chairman to propose that this report be considered as a matter of urgency as the potential purchaser requires urgent completion. Minutes: The Committee provided comments for the Executive on the proposed disposal of the Old Town Hall and South Street Car Park.
