It was reported that on page 167 of the Chief Planner’s report, the third paragraph referred to a measurement of 7 metres which was incorrect. The separation distance was a minimum of 3 meters and a maximum of 5 meters. The second sentence in the third paragraph referred to a lack of windows along the first floor of the eastern flank of number 12A which was also incorrect as the plans submitted showed windows to be present. However, the proposed building did not contain any windows facing this adjoining property.
