PLANNING APPEAL - THE CHELSFIELD, 1 WINDSOR DRIVE, ORPINGTON , BR6 6EY

The chairman to move that the attached report be considered as a matter of urgency as the Council is required to submit its Statement of Case this week, and following consideration by its Planning Appeals Section, it is considered that the matter of the retail sequential test should be considered as part of the Council’s grounds to contest the appeal.

PLANNING APPEAL - LAND AT SPRINGVALE RETAIL PARK, SEVENOAKS WAY, ORPINGTON

The Chairman to move that the attached report be considered as a matter of urgency as the Appeal Statement detailing the Council’s case is due this week and after the Committee scheduled for 9th May, there is not another meeting until 6th June, so the timing of the appeal is such that there will be no further opportunity to report this matter to Members.
