149.	APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE AND NOTIFICATION OF SUBSTITUTE MEMBERS Minutes: Apologies were received from Councillor Julian Grainger.
150.	DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST Minutes: Councillors Roger Charsley, Charles Rideout and Michael Turner declared Personal Interests as Members of the L B Bromley Pension Fund.
151.	PAY POLICY STATEMENT 2014/15 PDF 196 KB Minutes: Under the Localism Act 2011 the Council is required to publish a Pay Policy statement which must be prepared and approved by full Council every year. Members of the General Purposes and licensing Committee were asked to recommend that full Council approve the 2014/15 Pay Policy Statement. RESOLVED that full Council be recommended to approve the 2014/15 Pay Policy Statement attached as Appendices A and B to Report HHR14001.

LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 AS AMENDED BY THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT (ACCESS TO INFORMATION) (VARIATION) ORDER 2006 AND THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000 The Chairman to move that the Press and public be excluded during consideration of the items of business listed below as it is likely in view of the nature of the business to be transacted or the nature of the proceedings that if members of the Press and public were present there would be disclosure to them of exempt information.

TRIENNIAL PENSION FUND VALUATION View the reasons why item 153. is restricted Minutes: Report CSD14047 In connection with the L B Bromley Pension Fund Valuation, Members received the resolution of the Pensions Investment Sub Committee made at their meeting on 11^th February 2014 for referring on to the full Council meeting on 24^th February 2014 (at 7pm).
