OUTCOME OF LICENSING SUB-COMMITTEE HEARINGS - 1 NOVEMBER 2015 TO 30 JUNE 2016 PDF 182 KB Minutes: Report ES16036
The Committee received an update on licensing applications which were subject to representations and either mediated or referred to licensing Sub-Committee for determination between 1st November 2015 and 30th June 2016. A training session had been arranged for after the meeting – this would cover some of the cases listed in the report in more detail.
Members discussed whether, with the reduction in cases being heard by the Licensing Sub-Committee, there was still a justification for the payment of allowances for these meetings. The Chairman responded that this would be considered.
RESOLVED that the report be noted. |

APPOINTMENTS TO OUTSIDE BODIES PDF 146 KB Minutes: Report CSD16093
At its previous meeting the Committee had made appointments to Outside Bodies for 2016/17 - the Committee considered two cases where vacancies remained. Councillors William Huntington-Thresher and Kevin Brooks had been nominated by their Groups for the position on Community Links Bromley, and Councillor Kim Botting offered to fill the vacancy on the Bromley Arts Council.
RESOLVED that
(1) Cllr William Huntington-Thresher be appointed to the second position on Community Links Bromley.
(2) Councillor Kim Botting be appointed to the fourth position on the Bromley Arts Council for 2016/17. |
