PERMISSION SUBJECT TO SECTION 106 AGREEMENT

Minutes:

Description of application - 8 semi-detached three storey four/five bedroom houses and 1 detached three storey four/five bedroom house with 12 car parking spaces.  Reinstatement of 4 tennis courts and formation of vehicular access and car park for 8 cars to serve the courts.

 

Oral representations in objection to and in support of the application were received.  Oral representations from Ward Member Councillor John Getgood in support of the application were received at the meeting.

It was reported that further objections to the application had been received.

It was reported that a further letter in support of the application had also been received.

Comments from the Greater London Authority were reported at the meeting.

Members having considered the report, objections and representations, RESOLVED that PERMISSION BE GRANTED SUBJECT TO THE PRIOR COMPLETION OF A SECTION 106 LEGAL AGREEMENT (amended to exclude the clause allowing for future development of a bowling green and pavilion as referred to in page 11 of the agenda) as recommended, subject to the conditions set out in the report of the Chief Planner.
