Description of application – Redevelopment of land at rear of Nos. 87-93 Oak Tree Gardens to include demolition of Nos. 89 and 91 and erection of eight 2 1/2 storey, 4 bedroom houses comprising two terraces of 3 houses, one pair of semi detached houses and one detached single garage; associated access, parking, landscaping, cycle storage, refuse and recycling provision.

A correct Ordnance Survey Site Plan was circulated to Members. 

Members having considered the report and objections, RESOLVED TO CONTEST THE APPEAL as recommended, on the grounds set out in the report of the Chief Planner.
