Description of application – Change of use of existing buildings to mausoleum with associated landscaping, elevational alteration, hardstanding and parking for 37 cars.

Oral representations in objection to and in support of the application were received at the meeting.  A video from the applicant had been received prior to the meeting and circulated to Members.  Additional information together with photographs and a 3D visuals sheet had been received and circulated to Members.  It was reported that a letter dated 28 July 2015 had been received from the Agent.

Members having considered the report, objections and representations, RESOLVED that PERMISSION BE REFUSED as recommended, for the reasons set out in the report of the Chief Planner.
