Description of application – Installation of new car washing building and installation of acoustic fencing adjacent to boundary with 11-15 Cudham Lane North.

Oral representations in objection to the application were received at the meeting.  It was reported that further objections to the application had been received together with photographs from the objector that had been circulated to Members. The objector advised the Sub-Committee that the use was in operation.

Members having considered the report, objections and representations, RESOLVED that PERMISSION BE REFUSED as recommended for the reasons set out in the report of the Chief Planner.  It was FURTHER RESOLVED that ENFORCEMENT ACTION BE AUTHORISED to secure the cessation of the car washing use.
