PERMISSION

Description of application – Demolition of existing bungalow and the erection of a detached four bedroom dwelling house.

It was reported that a letter in objection to the application had been received.

Members having considered the report and objection, RESOLVED that PERMISSION BE GRANTED as recommended, subject to the conditions and informatives set out in the report of the Chief Planner with the addition of a further condition to read:-

14  Prior to the first occupation of the approved dwelling, all of the existing buildings on the site shall be demolished and the site cleared.

Reason: In order to comply with Policy BE1 of the Unitary Development Plan and prevent overdevelopment of the site.
