PERMISSION

Description of application – Proposed two storey rear extension at first and second floor levels, formation of new mono pitched roof over new staircase from ground to first floor levels and conversion of first and second floors to form 2 x 1 bedroom self-contained flats.

It was noted that on page 87 of the Chief Planner’s report the two lines under the heading, ‘Planning History’ should be deleted as there was no relevant planning history for this site.

Members having considered the report and objections, RESOLVED that PERMISSION be GRANTED as recommended, subject to the conditions and informative set out in the report of the Chief Planner.
