Description of application – Single storey rear extensions.  Lawful Development Certificate (Proposed).

 

Oral representations in objection to and in support of the application were received at the meeting.

 

The fifth bullet point under the section headed ‘Conclusion’ on page 90 of the report, was amended to read:- ‘The enlarged part of the dwellinghouse would have a single storey and not extend beyond any rear wall of the original dwellinghouse by more than 3m in the case of a terraced property which has not been subject to a prior approval application.’

 

Members having considered the report, objections and representations, RESOLVED that A CERTIFICATE OF LAWFULNESS FOR A PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT BE GRANTED as recommended, for the reason set out in the report of the Chief Planner.
