Description of application – Widening of existing driveway and increased height of boundary walls to front and side garden (RETROSPECTIVE).

Supplementary information and photographs had been received from Ward Member, Councillor Mary Cooke, and circulated to Members.

Members having considered the report and objections, RESOLVED that THE APPLICATION BE DEFERRED, without prejudice to any future consideration, to seek clarification from Highways Division regarding the retaining wall and to seek an Engineering Layout Plan showing the soakaway and drainage details.
