PERMISSION

Description of application - Demolition of Existing Vacant Day Centre and Erection of 2/3 Storey Building to Create 9 Self Contained Units Comprising 9 x 2 Bed Apartments.

Oral representations in support of the application were received at the meeting.

Members having considered the report, objections and representations, RESOLVED that PERMISSION be GRANTED as recommended, subject to the conditions and informatives set out in the report of the Chief Planner with a further condition to read:-

“5.  Prior to first occupation details of electric car charging points shall be provided and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and shall be implemented in accordance with these details and permanently retained thereafter.

REASON: To minimise the effect of the development on local air quality and to comply with Policy 120 of the Bromley Local Plan and Policies 6.13 and 7.14 of the London Plan.
