Description of application – Erection of two storey, three bedroom, detached dwellinghouse with associated access, parking and amenity space.

Oral representations in support of the application were received at the meeting.

The Development Management Area Team Leader (West) reported that a further objection to the application had been received and circulated to Members. It was noted that there was a small error in the report, with a reference made to Petts Wood ASRC in paragraph 9.1.

Members having considered the report, objections and representations, RESOLVED that PERMISSION BE GRANTED as recommended, subject to the conditions and informatives set out in the report of the Assistant Director, Planning.
