UPDATE ON HOUSING DELIVERY
This report provides an update on the Council
owned sites that have been considered for affordable housing
development, including an update on the Bromley North and Beckenham
sites that have been previously identified and reported to Members.
These sites were identified for progression through the early RIBA
design stages to ascertain their suitability for inclusion within
Phase Two of the Council’s housing delivery programme in June
2021, Report Number HPR2021/037. Progress updates on the other
current Phase One and potential housing sites are also
provided.
