The Economic Development Forum brings together Councillors from the 32 London boroughs and the City of London to discuss economic development issues affecting boroughs in London. External speakers are often invited and discussions are held around the work of London Councils in this area, as well strategic policy issues around economic development and regeneration and how these might affect London boroughs. These include funding for regeneration and economic development in London, the Index of Multiple Deprivation, reducing worklessness and improving the skills of London, support to businesses and Local Area Agreements.
