The central theme of the Health and Adult Services Forum is to help secure fair resources and to enable boroughs to deliver quality services in issues around this service area.  The key themes include:

·  the NHS in London

·  social services provided to vulnerable adults including direct payments and supporting people

·  the developing arrangements for joint commissioning of care services between boroughs and with the NHS

·  the Borough and NHS role to deliver health improvements
