Decision:

That the recommendation outlined in the Part 2 report (FSD18065-2) be endorsed.

Reasons for the decision:

The council currently has a partnership agreement in place with the Royal Borough of Greenwich for the investigation of fraud.  This expiries on 31 March 2019.  A review of the current fraud investigation partnership has been undertaken and various options have been considered.  Further detailed information is included in the accompanying Part 2 report and decision.
