Decision:
That the proposed changes to the Schools’ Forum constitution be endorsed.
Reasons for the decision:
The current Schools’ Forum (England) Regulations 2010 would be revoked and replaced by the Schools’ Forums (England) Regulations 2012 from October 2012. Schools’ Forums need to be compliant with these regulations, which require that changes be made to the Bromley Schools’ Forum constitution.
