Report ES14043 outlines a proposal to introduce waiting restrictions at Edward Road, near Sundridge Park railway station. The road experiences heavy parking at its southern end nearest its junction with Plaistow Lane.

Before approving the scheme, and with walls and fences sited along Edward Road, the scheme is referred back to officers to ensure it complies in all respects with the Flank Boundary Parking policy outlined in Report ES14057 “Parking Controls in Residential Areas”.
