Decision:

That the parcels of land at the rear of 4-22 Long Meadow Close be declared surplus to Council requirements to enable their sale to neighbouring householders in Long Meadow Close.

Reasons for the decision:

The residents of 4-22 Long Meadow Close have requested to purchase land at the rear of their properties which currently forms part of Langley Park Golf Course. The Council owns the freehold of the land, which is leased to the Golf Club. The Golf Club has confirmed that the land in question does not contribute to the golf course and can be surrendered, subject to receipt of a payment from the Council. The costs of the transaction will be borne by the residents.
