Decision details

The Portfolio Holder for Public Protection and Safety agrees to:

  Continue the current projects in year one, subject to a review of existing projects to ensure they continue to offer value for money and are fit for purpose.

  Delegate the decision making in respect of any variations to those projects to the Executive Director, who will consult with the Portfolio Holder and Partners.

  Receive a further report in due course to report on year two funding when further detail is available.

The report was presented to update the Public Protection and Safety Policy Development and Scrutiny Committee on the annual submission to the Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC). The Portfolio Holder endorsed the report and agreed with the proposed recommendations.
