Changes agreed by the Executive on 13^th February 2019 are noted and confirmed.

At its meeting on 13^th February 2019 the Executive agreed a revised capital programme from 2018/19 to 2022/23. Report FSD19043 outlines changes in respect of the Environment and Community Portfolio along with a revised programme.

In covering the third quarter monitoring position, the report also includes actual spend to 11^th March 2019 and a revised estimate for projects as at February 2019. Comments on progress for a number of individual schemes/projects are also provided.

Primarily due to schemes being designed and developed before delivery in 2019/20, £3,125k is also re-phased between 2018/19 and 2019/20, reflecting revised estimates of when expenditure is likely to be incurred. Report FSD19043 provides details of the re-phased schemes.
