That the variation of the Bromley Healthcare CIC Sexual Health Early Intervention Service to further extend the contract for a period of six months from 1^stOctober 2021 to 31^stMarch 2022 be approved.

Local Sexual Health and Contraception Services are delivered through a number of contracts and their different expiry dates prohibit a whole system re-procurement.

Authorisation was requested to vary the contract with Bromley Healthcare CIC for the provision of Sexual Health Early Intervention Services which expires on 30^th September 2021 and extend it further for a period of six months. This will align the expiry date of the local sexual health and contraception contracts to expire on 31^st March 2022 and allow Commissioners to develop an appropriate commissioning strategy for Executive approval later in the year.
