The contract be awarded, via direct award, to the suggested provider for a four year contract commencing June 2022 with an option to extend for up to two years.

Under the Housing Act 1986, persons who present as homeless who are in priority need and not intentionally homeless are entitled to substantive assistance and any applicant who receives an adverse decision is entitled to a review. Following a tendering process for the Statutory homelessness Reviews Service, it is proposed that a contract be awarded in accordance with the Council’s financial and contractual procedure rules.
