Decision – To approve the report.

The Committee considered the annual report of the Children and Young People PDS Committee for 2011-12.  Following consideration, Members of the Committee requested that a number of changes be made to the report prior to its consideration by the Executive and Resources PDS Committee on 14^th June 2012, before submission to Council on 25^th June 2012.

RESOLVED that the annual report of the CYP PDS Committee be approved.

To Follow

The Chairman apologised that his annual report was not ready for consideration.  He assured Members that they would have the opportunity to review it before it went to Full Council. As this would be considered at Full Council on 25^th June 2012, Members of the PDS Committee would have the opportunity to consider it at the next meeting to be held on 12^th June 2012.

RESOLVED that the annual report of the Children and Young People Policy Development and Scrutiny Committee be considered at the next meeting in June 2012.
