Oral representations from Ward Member Councillor Russell Mellor in support of the making of an Order were received at the meeting.

Members having considered the report, objections and representations, RESOLVED that Tree Preservation Order No 2446 relating to 2 sycamores, 1 holly, 1 ash and 1 beech tree BE

 

CONFIRMED as recommended in the report of the Chief Planner.
