Description of application – Part one/two storey side extension and roof alterations to incorporate rear dormer extensions.

 

It was reported that the application had been amended by documents received on 28 August 2013.  It was reported that on page 82 of the Chief Planner’s Report, paragraph four under the heading, ‘Conclusions’, the second sentence should be amended to read, “The resulting separation from the side boundary is 1.31metres reducing to a minimum of 0.769 metres.”

Members having considered the report, RESOLVED THAT PERMISSION BE GRANTED as recommended, subject to the conditions set out in the report of the Chief Planner.
