Members considered Liberata’s performance on the provision of benefit services between 1st October 2015 and 31st March 2016 including performance related to claim processing and a monthly error rate, the Chairman highlighting a need for processing to be right first time.
RESOLVED that:
(1) information in Report FSD16042 and appended Liberata letter be noted; and
(2) the Portfolio Holder be recommended to agree that the consultation exercise for the Authority’s 2017/18 Council Tax Support/Reduction Scheme recommend that the scheme remain the same as currently in place.
