REFUSED

Description of application – Demolition of storage/workshop buildings and erection of detached three bedroom bungalow with attached garage and associated parking on land to the north-east of Rosewood Farm.

Oral representations from Ward Member, Councillor Samaris Huntington-Thresher in objection to the application were received at the meeting. In her opinion there were no special circumstances to grant permission as the site was situated in the green belt.

Councillor Alexa Michael had visited the site and agreed with Councillor Huntington-Thresher.

Members having considered the report, objections and representations, RESOLVED that PERMISSION be REFUSED as recommended, for the reasons set out in the report of the Chief Planner.
