Description of application – Change of use of the ground floor to Class D1 (Veterinary surgery) and erection of a first/second floor rear extension to provide enlarged residential flat for veterinary surgeon working at the practice.

 

The Planning Officer advised that should Members be minded to grant permission, this could be carried out under delegated authority upon receipt of details relating to one of the flank elevations which was omitted from the application.

 

RESOLVED that MEMBERS BE MINDED TO GRANT PERMISSION as recommended, subject to the conditions set out in the report of the Chief Planner, to be agreed under delegated authority subject to the receipt of flank elevation details.
