DEFERRED

Description of application – Change of use from A1 (retail) to A3 (restaurant) incorporating single-storey rear extensions and associated ventilation equipment.

Oral representations in support of the application were received at the meeting. 

Comments from Ward Member Councillor Mike Botting were circulated to Members.

Members having considered the report, objections and representations, RESOLVED that the application BE DEFERRED without prejudice to any future consideration, to enable the applicant to adequately address the concerns by the Council’s Environmental Health Officer with regard to the kitchen extraction system.
