The contract for Mental Health Flexible Support Services was due to expire on 30^th September 2019 and there were no further options to extend the life of the contract. The Executive on 28^th November 2018 had approved the tendering of the service and the results of the tendering process were now presented to enable a new contract to be awarded. A more detailed report was considered in Part 2.

The report had been scrutinised at the Adult Care and Health PDS Committee meeting on 25^th June 2019 and the Committee supported the proposals.

RESOLVED that the report be noted.
