Description of application - Demolition of existing two storey dwelling with integral garage and erection of new two storey dwelling with integral garage, incorporating landscaping existing front and rear gardens.
Oral representations in support of the application were received at the meeting.
It was reported that on page 111 of the Chief Planner’s report, paragraph 7,
the last sentence should be amended to read:- ‘The street scene elevation which accompanies the application indicates that the proposal would be approximately 8.5m in height and as such it is considered that the design of the new dwelling would be in keeping with the character and appearance of the wider area.’
Members having considered the report and representations, RESOLVED that PERMISSION be GRANTED as recommended, subject to the conditions and informatives set out in the report of the Chief Planner.
