Members having considered the report and objections, RESOLVED that PERMISSION BE GRANTED, SUBJECT TO THE PRIOR COMPLETION OF A LEGAL AGREEMENT for the following contributions, HEALTH - £7,150.00, EDUCATION - £30,796.01, CARBON OFF-SETTING - £12,485.00, as recommended, and subject to the conditions and informatives set out in the report of the Chief Planner.
