Description of application – Demolition of existing scout/guide building falling within Class D1 and erection of replacement scout/guide building falling within Class D1, with relocation of existing storage building.
Members having considered the report, objections and representations, RESOLVED that PERMISSION be GRANTED as recommended, subject to the conditions and informatives set out in the report of the Chief Planner with an amendment to Condition 8 to read:-
“8. The building shall not be used before 07.00 hours nor after 23.00 hours on any day with the exception of a maximum of 5 overnight camping events per year.
REASON: In the interest of the amenities of neighbouring residential properties and to accord with the scope and use of the development, in accordance with Policy 37 of the Bromley Local Plan.”
