Description of application - Demolition of existing two storey classroom block and single storey nursery building and erection of part one/two storey classroom block with rear roof terrace and internal alterations to existing single storey building to provide nursery accommodation, with associated landscaping, alteration to vehicular and pedestrian access and car/cycle parking arrangements within and adjacent to the school site.
Letters in support of the application from the Director of Education and a letter from the applicant had been received and circulated to Members.
Members having considered the report, objections and representations, RESOLVED that PERMISSION be GRANTED as recommended, subject to the conditions and informatives set out in the report of the Chief Planner.
