Minutes:

Confirmation of Tree Preservation Order (TPO) 26779 – Langley Park Golf Club, Barnfield Wood Road, West Wickham.

 

Comments from Ward Member Councillor Nicholas Bennett JP had been received and circulated to the Committee.

 

The Principal Tree Officer reported that site notices had been placed in the public domain and a site meeting had taken place with the management team of the Golf Club.  Members were advised that the management team would retract its objections on condition that the recommended modifications were included.

 

The duty of the Council to fully consult relevant parties had been carried out.

 

Members having considered the report and objections, RESOLVED that TREE PRESERVATION ORDER 2677 BE CONFIRMED WITH MODIFICATION as recommended in the report of the Assistant Director, Planning.
