Members having considered the report and objections, RESOLVED that TREE PRESERVATION ORDER NO 2687 RELATING TO AN OAK TREE be confirmed WITHOUT MODIFICTION TO SECURE TREE PROTECTION as recommended in the report of the Assistant Director, (Planning and Building Control).
