Members having considered the report, objections and representations, RESOLVED that the application be REFUSED for the following reason:- 1. The proposal would constitute an overdevelopment of the site and is considered to be inappropriate development in the Green Belt and would therefore result in a detrimental impact on its openness and visual amenity and the Council sees no very special circumstances demonstrated to outweigh the harm caused, thereby the proposal would be contrary to Paragraph 145 of the National Planning Policy Framework and Policy 51 of the Bromley Local Plan.
