ENFORCEMENT ACTION AUTHORISED IN ACCORDANCE WITH PLANNING PERMISION 10/00362

Members having considered the report, RESOLVED that ENFORCEMENT ACTION BE AUTHORISED to ensure that the single storey side extension is lowered in accordance with Planning Permission10/00362.

The Chairman to move that the attached report, not included in the published agenda, be considered as a matter of urgency on the following grounds:

1.  A number of significant pre-commencement conditions have not been met by the developer, and despite requests to cease work, pending approval by the Council, building works are continuing at the site in breach of planning control.

2.  Members need to consider as a matter of urgency taking injunction action in order to secure the cessation of further works at the site.
