APPLICATION FOR A DISPENSATION - COUNCILLOR KEITH ONSLOW PDF 256 KB The Chairman to move that the attached report be considered on grounds of urgency to enable the request for a dispensation from Cllr Keith Onslow to be determined before the meeting of Plans Sub-Committee No. 3 on 16^th April 2015. Minutes: Report CSD15052 The Committee was requested to consider an urgent request for a dispensation from Councillor Keith Onslow that would allow him to attend the Plans Sub-Committee No. 3 meeting on 16^th April 2015 and address the Sub-Committee on his planning application for an extension at 114 St John’s Road, Petts Wood. RESOLVED that the application from Councillor Keith Onslow for a dispensation to address Plans Sub-Committee No. 3 on 16^th April 2015 concerning his planning application for 114 St John’s Road, Petts Wood (and any subsequent meetings on the same application if necessary) be granted unconditionally.
