RESOLVED that the minutes of the meeting held on 15^th April 2015 be confirmed.

The Chairman to move that the attached report be considered on grounds of urgency to enable the request for a dispensation from Cllr Katy Boughey to be determined before the meeting of Plans Sub-Committee No. 4 on 30th April 2015.

The Committee was requested to consider an urgent request for a dispensation from Councillor Katy Boughey that would allow her to attend the Plans Sub-Committee No. 4 meeting on 30^th April 2015 and hear the debate on the planning application submitted by her and Mr D Boughey proposing the demolition of the existing house at 6 The Meadow, Chislehurst BR7 6AA and the erection of a replacement four bedroom dwelling with detached garage. 

RESOLVED that the application from Councillor Katy Boughey for a dispensation to attend Plans Sub-Committee No. 4 on 30^th April 2015 to hear debate on the planning application from her and Mr D Boughey proposing the demolition of the existing house at 6 The Meadow, Chislehurst, BR7 6AA and the erection of a replacement four bedroom dwelling with detached garage be granted unconditionally with the dispensation also extended to any subsequent meetings on the same application if necessary.
