Councillors Alan Hall and John Muldoon are both elected governors at SLaM NHS Trust.

Councillor Judith Ellis’s daughter works at SLAM and she is a governor at Oxleas NHSTrust.

Councillor James Hunt’s wife is an employee of Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust

Councillor Bill Williams is a governor at Guy’s & St Thomas’ NHS Trust.

OHSEL will provide the committee with the draft consultation documents that will be used to consult with the public, in order for the committee to comment.

 

These should include :

 

·  The clinical case for the proposed new model and the different options

·  The options for change, and the ‘enhanced’ present version, and the recommendations.

·  The budget , which should include revenue and capital, in plain English
