The Children and
Young People PDS Committee examines Executive decisions and
develops and reviews policy on the Council's children and young
people functions. These policies include the development of various
plans, including the Education Development Plan, and working with
partner organisations and groups. The Committee will also make
recommendations on Best Value reviews and the performance
monitoring of functions within the responsibility of the Children
and Young People Portfolio.
