Description of application - Part one/two storey side and rear extension, pitched roof to garage, elevational alterations to side and rear and gable end roof to single storey detached building at rear.

It was reported that the application had been amended by documents received on 30 June 2011.

Members having considered the report and objections, RESOLVED that PERMISSION BE GRANTED for the reasons and subject to the conditions set out in the report of the Chief Planner.
