REFUSED AND ENFORCEMENT ACTION AUTHORISED

Description of application - Erection of replacement 5 bedroom detached dwelling Retrospective Application.

  Oral representations in support of the application were received at the 

  meeting.  It was reported that a representation had been received from a neighbour and that Environmental Health had no objection to the application.  Additional correspondence from the Agent had been received and comments from Highways Division were also reported.

  Members having considered the report, objections and representations, RESOLVED that PERMISSION BE REFUSED, for the reason set out in the report of the Chief Planner.  It was FURTHER RESOLVED that ENFORCEMENT ACTION BE AUTHORISED to remove the unauthorised development.
